Financial System

Primary scope of operations of the Financial System Department is preparation of regulations in the field of banking system and non-banking financial institutions, capital market, insurance system and accounting system, audit and payment operations, as well as issuance of licenses and consents for operations of insurance undertakings and insurance brokerage companies, supervision over the operations of insurance undertakings through off-site and on-site supervision, issuance of operation licenses for insurance brokers and certified actuaries, issuance of operation licenses to financial leasing companies, as well as preparation of opinions, analyses and information in the field of financial system.
