Second-Instance Administrative Procedure

Department for Second-Instance Administrative Procedure, Administrative and Other Court Disputes performs tasks related to preparation and adoption of decisions in second-instance administrative procedure in the field of taxes and customs, contributions and fees upon appeals lodged by legal entities, physical persons and by liberal proffesions, such as:
enforcement of procedure on the basis of extraordinary legal remedies; preparation of responses under charges to the Administrative Court; completion of cases related to registered administrative and court disputes in which the Ministry of Finance appears as party or when it is a matter related to the scope of operations under the competence of the Ministry of Finance; preparation of responses to charges; cooperation with the Attorney General Office; presence at court hearings when necessary.
