Public Debt Management

Main objective of the Public Debt Management Department (PDMD) is to manage the public debt by providing funds for state budget execution and issuance of sovereign guarantees in a manner corresponding to the prudent risk level, with the lowest costs on medium and long term.

In addition, public debt management is aimed at maintaining efficient and liquid government securities market.
