Department for Collection of Claims

Department for Collection of Claims is in charge of management, monitoring and collection of claims of the Republic of Macedonia, assumed by law, as well as other activities, the more significant out of which are the following:
monitoring and realization of foreign assistance generating Counterpart Funds as a whole and by users:
monitoring and collection of claims from the balance of the Asset Management Agency of the Republic of Macedonia;
undertaking appropriate measures for collection of claims;
carrying out technical and analytical processing of data on the status of claims collection;
monitoring and analyzing the execution of legal regulations, bylaws and other regulations from the respective area;
carrying out technical and analytical processing of data on the property status and
carrying out other activities related to claims collectuon.
